Prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Monitor project expenses and identify cost - saving opportunities. Coordinate with project managers and suppliers for financial matters.

B.E. (Civil) with 15+ years experience of independently planning, coordinating, executing, and spearheading construction of multidisciplinary real estate projects. Candidate shall be independently responsible for the project assigned.

B.E. in Electrical with minimum 15 years of experience of project planning and execution, operations & maintenance, installation & commissioning of electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and other services related work to multi-storey Real Estate Projects.

Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree / MBA in Sales with 8 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Industry and responsible for creating an efficient and innovative sales process and developing effective sales channels through different sales strategies.

CA with minimum 12 years experience post qualification Candidate should be capable of handling Finance, Accounts, and Treasury functions in Real Estate Industry He should be well versed with Corporate and Taxation laws
