Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, and building strong employer branding strategies. The role will involve supporting and leading IT recruitment efforts, communicating with stakeholders, and aligning hiring strategies with the company's goals. The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in building a skilled and dynamic team to fuel organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring and recruiting processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Familiarity with IT recruitment and understanding of tech roles
• Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
