About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct HR screening calls to assess candidate fit, culture compatibility, and salary expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Provide weekly/monthly hiring status reports to management.
• Coordinate with external agencies when required.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
