As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Thoughtflows Medical Coding Academy in Trivandrum, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals to join the team. You play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of education and training that Thoughtflows is renowned for in the medical coding industry. - Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating their onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to comprehend hiring needs and utilize various channels such as job portals and social media to attract potential candidates. - Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements. - Assess candidate suitability through telephonic and in-person interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate documentation. - Ensure a seamless onboarding process. - Provide regular recruitment status reports to the management team. - Represent the company brand and values during candidate interactions. - Stay informed about industry hiring trends and best practices. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The working schedule is during the morning shift, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
