Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Thoughtflows Medical Coding Academy, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting skilled candidates to join our dynamic and growing team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we bring in the best talent to maintain the high standards of education and training that Thoughtflows is known for in the medical coding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Use job portals, social media, networking, and other innovative channels to attract suitable candidates.

Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate documentation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Prepare and share regular recruitment status reports with the management team.

Promote the company brand and values in all candidate interactions.

Stay updated with current industry hiring trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
