Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Thoughtflows Medical Coding Academy in Trivandrum, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we maintain the high standards of education and training that Thoughtflows is renowned for in the medical coding industry. Your key duties will include managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating their onboarding. You will collaborate with department heads to comprehend hiring needs, utilize various channels such as job portals and social media to attract potential candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assessing candidate suitability through telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing candidate documentation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, you will provide regular recruitment status reports to the management team, represent the company brand and values during candidate interactions, and stay informed about industry hiring trends and best practices. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The working schedule is during the morning shift, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
