Role Overview

We seek an energetic and creative Content Creator to develop and execute engaging content strategies across our social media platforms and digital channels. You'll create compelling stories that showcase Motozite's luxury car offerings, build community engagement, and drive brand awareness through authentic, creative content that resonates with luxury car enthusiasts and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives

· Create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

· Produce authentic, narrative-driven content that showcases vehicles, customer testimonials, and brand stories

· Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to create multimedia content

· Research automotive trends, luxury market insights, and competitor strategies to inform content direction

· Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management

· Monitor social media analytics, track performance metrics, and optimize content based on insights

· Develop content for blog posts, newsletters, and website copy

· Create user-generated content campaigns and influencer collaboration content

· Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms

· Conduct market research and identify emerging platforms and content trends

· Participate in product launches and special campaign initiatives

· Manage content databases and organize digital assets

Required Qualifications

· Proven 2-3+ years of experience as a content creator or social media specialist

· Strong writing and communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms

· Proven track record of creating engaging social media content with strong engagement metrics

· Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

· Knowledge of content strategy, audience analysis, and audience segmentation

· Proficiency in content management systems and social media scheduling tools

· Excellent storytelling abilities and creative conceptualization

· Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or visual content creation

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects

Desired Qualifications

· Experience with video content creation and editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)

· Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)

· Experience in e-commerce, automotive, or luxury brand marketing

· Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies

· Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)

· Influencer marketing or partnership experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
