Your ability to work closely with creative directors, strategists, and team members to bring design concepts to life will be crucial in this role. It will be essential for you to maintain consistency in branding across various platforms and media, as well as to engage with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into compelling visual designs. Your role will also involve presenting design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback, and ensuring that the final designs meet their expectations. To excel in this position, you should have 1-2 years of experience in brand design or a related role within a branding or creative agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a solid grasp of design principles, and experience in developing brand guidelines are key requirements. Strong attention to detail, effective collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate design concepts clearly are also essential for success in this role. If you have experience in UI/UX design, web design, motion graphics, or animation tools, it would be considered a plus.
