Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1 year of experience to manage financial records, assist with GST filing, support audit processes, follow up on client payments, and coordinate payroll activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Zoho Books and have a strong understanding of accounting algorithms and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zoho Books Management: Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports.
  • GST Filing & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST filing for monthly and quarterly returns, ensuring full compliance with government regulations.
  • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits, providing required data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Client Payment Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue payments, ensuring timely collections and effective communication to reduce aging balances.
  • Payroll Coordination: Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. Assist in the maintenance of payroll records and provide support in resolving payroll-related inquiries.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly closing activities to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare various financial reports and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance and accurate financial tracking.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for client queries related to accounts and payments, offering excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in accounting or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of GST filing and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with accounts algorithms and financial data analysis.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups and coordination with HR.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and handling employee queries related to payroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
