About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Content Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling blog articles and engaging website content that aligns with our brand voice, improves SEO rankings, and resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities Research, plan, write, and edit high-quality blog posts on industry-related topics Create engaging and SEO-optimized website content, including landing pages, service/product pages, and company information Collaborate with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goals Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency Monitor content performance and update existing content to improve engagement and ranking Maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects the brand identity Requirements Proven experience as a junior content writer, copywriter, or similar role Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong research skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Preferred Skills Experience in writing for diverse industries or niches Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Basic understanding of HTML and web formatting Visual storytelling ability and coordination with designers for blog illustrations or banners What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Continuous learning and growth opportunities Exposure to diverse projects and industries Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
