Junior Content Writer (Social Media)

About the Role We’re seeking a creative and digital-savvy Junior Content Writer who can craft compelling social media content, write engaging short-form video scripts, and work collaboratively with Canva to develop visual content. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Write creative, platform-specific social media captions, posts, and campaign content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop short-form scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and explainer videos Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute Canva-based creatives Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and audience relevance across all content Research trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies for each platform Support content calendars and campaign planning Edit and refine content based on performance insights and team feedback Requirements Proven experience in social media writing and content creation Ability to write concise, scroll-stopping copy tailored to different audiences Familiarity with Canva for creating or editing visual content Experience writing video scripts for social media, product explainers, or brand storytelling Strong understanding of how content varies across platforms (IG vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube) Fluent in trends, meme culture, and content formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories, etc.) Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and multitasking skills Preferred Skills Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools Understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning Video production or basic editing awareness (a plus, not mandatory) Ability to adapt tone for various industries or target groups What We Offer A collaborative and creative work environment Opportunities to work on high-visibility social campaigns Continuous learning and growth opportunities in the digital space Competitive compensation based on experience and skill set Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
