As we expand our outreach, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Marketing with expertise in trade show and event marketing to enhance our brand presence and drive student admissions through high-impact events and exhibitions.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop and execute a trade show marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and student enrollment.Identify key exhibitions, education fairs, and industry events to participate in, ensuring high ROI.Event & Trade Show Management:Oversee end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.Collaborate with internal teams to develop booth designs, marketing collateral, and engagement activities.Drive lead generation and student engagement through interactive marketing strategies at events.Marketing & Brand Promotion:Develop compelling campaigns, presentations, and digital marketing strategies to attract prospective students and industry partners.Utilize social media, email campaigns, and influencer marketing to promote events before, during, and after trade shows.Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with event organizers, trade bodies, and academic councils to maximize event opportunities.Establish strategic partnerships with education consultants, industry experts, and corporate sponsors.Analytics & Performance Tracking:Measure event success through key performance indicators (footfall, leads generated, conversion rates).Prepare detailed post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Event Management.Experience: 5+ years in event marketing, trade shows, or exhibition marketing, preferably in education, ed-tech, or corporate branding.Strong knowledge of event logistics, sponsorship management, and vendor coordination.Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media promotions, and CRM tools.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data tracking and reporting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel for national and international events.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a prestigious university with a growing global presence.Exposure to high-impact trade shows and networking events in the education sector.Competitive salary, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
