Role Overview: We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can convert incoming inquiries into paying customers. You’ll directly handle leads who message us via WhatsApp after seeing our ads. Your role is to follow up, answer their questions, and guide them through the process of placing an order. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with daily WhatsApp leads (ads-generated). Understand customer queries and provide clear guidance on our products. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Maintain daily call and follow-up records. Support backend sales coordination if needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer support. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfort with phone conversations and building customer trust. Basic knowledge of healthy food/nutrition is a bonus.
