The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that streamline business operations and reduce manual efforts, while also leveraging backend systems and APIs through .NET and SQL integration. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and support Bot deployments for end-to-end RPA implementations comprising multiple applications, processes, and technologies. Follow the standards for the team and internal users to develop high-quality documentation to support automated solutions, including process definition documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), PDD/SDD review process, end-user support playbooks, and training guides Implement the solution roadmap using the agile methodology with adherence to various levels of support and SLAs. Contribute to the client-centric culture. Work with a diverse team consisting of business sponsors, process owners, business analysts and developers to analyse, standardise, and automate business processes. Job/Requirements/Qualifications Needed: Minimum 3 years of technical development work experience 18 months / 2 years of experience as an Automation Engineer using UiPath or an equivalent RPA platform Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms SQL, .NET/.NET Core/C#, and Databases, and experience automating in O365 products and Excel Experience in a large matrix-style organization where your team collaborates and integrates with other teams across the organization Experience in RPA change management. Position Summary NVT Phybridge is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Automation & Admin Specialist to support its email marketing, CRM management, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce, excellent technical and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of marketing operations workflows. Key Responsibilities Build and manage Pardot engagement programs, email templates, forms, and dynamic lists. Handle backend Pardot configurations, including lead scoring, grading, and integrations with Salesforce, Zoom, and other tools. Support webinar setup and integration workflows for Zoom Pardot Salesforce. Maintain accurate data hygiene in Pardot and Salesforce, supporting segmentation and CRM updates. Generate marketing reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Assist in website management tasks (SEO, WordPress updates) and Microsoft Book a Meeting (BAM) tool administration. Support administrative marketing tasks such as data entry, partner awards submissions, and file localization. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) to enhance and expedite marketing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Pardot experience with automation, email deployment, list management, and integrations. Note: Experience with adjacent marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, will be considered; however, candidates will be evaluated on how well their skills translate to using Pardot. Proficient in Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce, Excel, and MS Office suite. Experience with Zoom webinars is a bonus. Familiar with marketing automation best practices and campaign performance tracking. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workflows simultaneousy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices is a bonus. Shift: 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)
