As a Lead Generation Executive - Email Marketing at EPixelSoft, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, implementing effective sales strategies, and executing email marketing initiatives. While the position is primarily based in Noida, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential leads through email campaigns, social media, and market research. You will design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads. Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for lead generation will also be part of your role. Collaboration with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers is essential. You will analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and email marketing initiatives. Maintaining effective communication with potential clients and coordinating with internal teams for seamless lead management and follow-up will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in new leads, lead generation, market research, communication, and sales. Experience in creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns, proficiency in CRM software and email automation tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, proficiency in identifying and qualifying potential leads, experience with lead generation tools and software, and the ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
