Role Description

Marketing Manager (4-8 yeras)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, travel product promotions, and GTM (Go-to-Market) plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities, travel trends, and seasonal demand patterns.

2. Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and Retargeting.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, content strategy, email automation, and CRM-driven nurture flows.
  • Manage website UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Track KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROI, traffic growth, and conversion rates.

3. Offline Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Plan and execute offline campaigns such as travel expos, roadshows, events, print ads, and outdoor promotions.
  • Manage brand collaterals: brochures, catalogues, stands, and event branding.
  • Strengthen B2B partnerships and corporate visibility through on-ground marketing initiatives.
  • Work with vendors, agencies, and media partners.

4. Team Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, content writers, and marketing executives.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and implement regular training and skill development.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing with business targets.
  • Manage external creative, digital, and PR agencies.

5. Budgeting, Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget across digital and offline channels.
  • Measure campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure high marketing ROI.
  • Present monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and insights to management.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager, CRM dashboards, automation tools) for decision-making.

  • 6. Content & Brand Strategy

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content: blogs, destination videos, reels, emailers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Build strong storytelling-driven content to inspire travel intent and engagement.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing

    , preferably within the Tours & Travel industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, offline campaigns, and integrated brand strategy.
  • Strong experience managing marketing teams and agencies.
  • Deep understanding of travel customer behavior, seasonal trends, and travel product marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Suite, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field.
