Marketing Manager

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving student admissions, brand visibility, and community outreach through effective marketing strategies and field activities. The role involves both on-ground and digital marketing tasks to promote the school/education programs and build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Field Marketing

• Conduct field visits in assigned areas to generate leads and promote school programs.
• Participate in outdoor marketing activities, events, and community outreach campaigns.
• Build relationships with parents, students, and local communities to drive admissions.

2. Counselling & Conversions

• Meet and counsel parents to understand their requirements and explain school offerings.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain strong communication throughout the admission cycle.

3. Branding & Promotion

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Coordinate with local vendors for brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
• Assist in managing social media and digital promotions when required.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain lead trackers, daily activity reports, and campaign performance data.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth communication.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and parent expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools.
