Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Student Guidance: - Provide information to prospective students about academic programs, admission requirements, and other aspects of the institution. Offer guidance and support to students in understanding their academic and career goals. Application Process: Assist students in completing the application forms and ensure all necessary documents are submitted. Review and evaluate applications to assess eligibility and suitability for admission. Communication: - Communicate with prospective students and their families through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and online chats. Address inquiries related to admissions procedures, program details, financial aid, and scholarships. Events and Outreach: - Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions to attract and engage prospective students. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials and strategies. Collaboration: - Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and other administrative units to ensure accurate information is provided to prospective students. Records and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students. Generate reports on admissions-related activities and outcomes. Admission Policies:- Stay informed about changes in admission policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards.
