We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in financial services to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaign management, product marketing, and regulatory-compliant communications within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business goals, product launches, and revenue growth.
  • Identify target segments and design integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar and budgets effectively.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media, email) to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies for SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and website optimization.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop marketing collaterals, product brochures, newsletters, and investor communications.
  • Oversee PR and media activities, ensuring alignment with corporate reputation goals.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to craft compelling GTM strategies for new offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Create targeted content and campaigns to enhance product visibility and adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams for campaign execution.
  • Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners for marketing deliverables.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing within the financial services / banking / fintech / insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products , customer journeys, and compliance-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing B2B and/or B2C financial marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to performance marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable marketing ROI.
