Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services across Kerala.
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (offline, digital, dealer-focused, and B2B) in alignment with company goals and management direction.
• Lead market development initiatives by visiting and building strong relationships with dealers, interior studios, architects, interior designers, builders, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand communication and effective lead conversion.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, ROI, and lead quality; provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer meets.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, dealer interactions, and campaign outcomes.
• Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent brand presence across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Smart freshers to experienced candidates with good flair in marketing, preferably in the interior design, building materials, furnishings, or home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
• Travel Allowance: Provided for official travel
• Travel Expenses: All approved work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy

• Location: All Kerala (travel required)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
