The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record in managing and leading a sales team. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client acquisition for demat and trading accounts, thus increasing the market share, revenue, and profitability in the stock broking domain. Team Management: Perform at an individual levels and hire & motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team success. Client Acquisition & Retention: Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors. Promote various financial products, including equity trading, derivatives, mutual funds, fixed income, PMS etc. Market Research & Analysis: Keep up with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and offerings. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and leads. Regularly update CRM systems and provide detailed reports to his/her reporting senior. Client Engagement: Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Engage in proactive communication to understand clients’ financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations and internal policies. Strong understanding of financial markets, equity, derivatives, and other investment products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the stock broking industry (SEBI, NSE/BSE rules). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and financial tools.
