As an Email Marketing Specialist at our company, your role will involve creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and contribute to overall business growth. Your mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills will be crucial for ensuring that campaigns are visually compelling and effective in achieving measurable outcomes. Some key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing comprehensive email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals - Crafting compelling email copy, CTAs, and subject lines to maximize engagement - Optimizing email content for mobile responsiveness and deliverability - Developing segmentation strategies based on demographics, user behavior, and engagement history - Personalizing email campaigns to ensure relevance and maximize ROI - Tracking and analyzing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions - Setting up and maintaining automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, and retention - Conducting A/B tests for subject lines, templates, and email content - Ensuring compliance with email regulations and staying updated on email marketing trends - Collaborating closely with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging - Partnering with data analysts to refine targeting and improve segmentation In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additionally, you should have expertise in email marketing platforms, familiarity with CRM systems, and analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools is also required. Some bonus skills that would be good to have include experience with email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp, familiarity with lead generation/enrichment tools such as Apollo and Lusha, and proficiency in design tools like Canva and Figma.,
