As an Email Marketing Setup Expert at our fast-growing AI SaaS company in Pune, you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing our email marketing infrastructure to ensure high deliverability and smooth running of outbound campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and manage email marketing systems such as Instantly and Smartlead, leveraging your experience in the field. - Configure and maintain SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records to optimize email deliverability. - Implement email warm-up strategies for new domains and mailboxes to maximize deliverability. - Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement rates to maintain high email deliverability standards. - Troubleshoot deliverability issues and implement best practices to enhance campaign performance. - Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing setup and deliverability. - Strong technical knowledge of email protocols and authentication methods. - Proven hands-on experience with Instantly or Smartlead platforms. - Expertise in email warm-up strategies to improve deliverability. - Willingness to work onsite at our Kharadi, Pune office. - Flexibility to work in the EST shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
