What You’ll Do:

* Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email campaigns focused on key accounts and high-value prospects.

* Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to create deeply personalized, insight-driven messaging.

* Tailor communication for different buyer stages, challenges, and priorities.

* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and account strategy consistency.

* Track campaign outcomes, analyze engagement patterns, and continuously refine messaging based on learnings.

* Maintain organized records of outreach activities and account notes — without reliance on tools or automation.

* Ensure all communications follow proper ethical and compliance guidelines.

What You Bring:

* 2–5 years of experience in B2B email outreach or ABM-driven communication.

* Strong understanding of ABM principles and strategic personalization.

* Exceptional written communication skills — especially in crafting clear, concise, persuasive email content.

* Ability to research accounts, identify pain points, and create highly relevant messaging.

* A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for improving content based on insights and patterns.

Nice to Have:

*Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, IT, or data-driven services.
