What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute

  Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  email campaigns focused on key accounts and high-value prospects.
• Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to create

  deeply personalized, insight-driven messaging

• Tailor communication for different buyer stages, challenges, and priorities.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and account strategy consistency.
• Track campaign outcomes, analyze engagement patterns, and continuously refine messaging based on learnings.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and account notes — without reliance on tools or automation.
• Ensure all communications follow proper ethical and compliance guidelines.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years

  of experience in B2B email outreach or ABM-driven communication.
• Strong understanding of ABM principles and strategic personalization.
• Exceptional written communication skills — especially in crafting clear, concise, persuasive email content.
• Ability to research accounts, identify pain points, and create highly relevant messaging.
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for improving content based on insights and patterns.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, IT, or data-driven services.
