What You’ll Do: Deliver engaging product demos to prospects and clients (SaaS / AI experience preferred) Onboard and train new customers for rapid adoption Act as the bridge between clients and the product/dev team Test and validate all updates before release to clients Collect and relay feedback, issues, and feature requests Drive usage, satisfaction, and retention across our client base What You Must Have: 2–4 years in customer success, onboarding, or SaaS support Excellent verbal and written English (neutral accent preferred) Willingness to work EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Strong presentation, training, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients Great to Have: Experience in recruitment or staffing industry Worked with corporate recruiters or staffing agencies Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or QA workflows Previous work with AI, TTS, or voice-based products Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Why Join Us?
