Job Title: Senior HR Executive

As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive to strengthen our HR operations and employee engagement.

Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives at EzTruck’s Bhubaneswar office. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning while building a motivated and high-performing workforce aligned with EzTruck’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for drivers, ground staff, operations executives, and corporate roles.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for logistics and technology functions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to assess manpower needs and close positions within timelines.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Be the point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and policy clarifications.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
  • Support a positive workplace culture that aligns with EzTruck’s values.

3. HR Operations & Payroll

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

4. Performance & Training

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions for drivers, operations staff, and corporate employees.
  • Support managers in employee development planning.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management.
  • Support HR audits and policy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or tech-driven companies.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and payroll tools.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
