Job Title: IT Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and expand our market presence.

Job Summary

The IT Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue. The role requires strong IT domain knowledge, business development skills, and the ability to manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT solutions, software development, and SaaS services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM systems and generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or IT/Technology domain.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience in IT solutions, software development, or technology services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software services, and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales team, set targets, and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
