Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We connect businesses with reliable transport solutions and ensure efficiency across supply chains. We are looking for Telesales Executives who can drive customer acquisition and business growth through effective telecommunication.

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining EzTruck’s logistics solutions, generating leads, and converting them into clients. This role involves strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build customer relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B clients, shippers, transporters, and partners).
  • Explain EzTruck’s services, pricing, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Maintain customer database (CRM/Excel/HRMS) with updated records of calls and interactions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
  • Collect market feedback and customer requirements to share with the management team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Logistics preferred).
  • 1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (logistics/transport industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and telecalling systems.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
