Working: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off
Role: Claims Support Executive
Handle customer queries via calls & emails
End-to-end support for cashless claims processing
Coordinate with hospitals, TPAs & insurance teamsGuide customers on claim submission & approvalsResolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Customer support experience (Healthcare / Insurance preferred)
