Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior HR Executive with strong experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, grievance handling, and HR operations. The candidate should be proficient in HRMS tools like Keka, HROne, Zoho, or similar platforms and capable of managing end-to-end HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Monthly payroll processing and attendance/leave management.Statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)Employee grievance handling and engagement.HR documentation, policies, and records management.Coordination between retail stores and the Head Office.
Key Skills:
Payroll & Compliance expertise
HRMS (Keka / HROne / Zoho)Strong communication and employee relations skillsRetail/Fashion industry experience preferred
