Major task & Responsibilities: - 1. Responsible to maintain diaries and organize meetings and appointments for Managing Director. 2. Responsible to make collective MIS reports for all departments. 3. Implementing and maintaining administrative systems, 4. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, typing, compiling and preparing reports for Managing Director. 5. Responsible to sort the mail box and update MD about the important mails and schedules. 6. Supervise computer IT staff, stationary distribution to all HOD. 7. Provide administrative and secretarial support 8. Responsible for Confidential Record Keeping. 9. Arranging Conference Call and interdepartmental meeting, taking notes during the meeting and prepare the MOM. 10. Responsible to do Admin work related to Business cards and other Requisite Stationery 11. Handling Timesheet Management for all Departments and update RM about the work updating for different departments. 12. Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Directors diary. 13. Maintained daily tasks list – Arrange meetings and schedule appointment with individuals on a priority basis. 14. Responsible to prepare all reports and maintain files 15. Planned the timetable schedule for business meeting, personal and weekend events. 16. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination. 17. Responsible to prepare communication on behalf of RM. 18. Mandatory Skills The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, Web API, CMF, Microsoft SQL, and MVC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using (link unavailable), C#, and .NET Framework- Develop and consume Web APIs- Work with CMF to manage content- Design and develop databases using Microsoft SQL- Implement MVC patterns- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Requirements- 3 to 8 years of experience in .NET development- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with Web API, CMF, and Microsoft SQL- Strong understanding of MVC patterns- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and the .NET Framework. Develop and consume RESTful Web APIs. Work with Content Management Frameworks (CMF) to manage and deliver web content. Design, develop, and optimize relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server. Implement applications following the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and business analysts to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack. Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
