CTC - 40000 Per Month Age criteria- 38- 40+ years Job Description To make the public aware of the available hospital services and thus increase the demand of hospital services in the community. To carry out market survey and gather data to find out potential market which will help in developing marketing strategies. To finalize the areas where vigorous marketing can be done. To develop and maintain hospital website and also use other social sites to the hospitals benefits. To develop, plan, implement and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns. To find out the demand of the services provided by the hospital and its available competitors. To have complete knowledge of services provided by the hospital and know the applicable charges & to guide in determining the rate list of the services offered. To organize onsite and offsite camps and other events (CME, Talks etc.) To take active participation in organizing workshops, seminars & other such activities in the hospital. To prepare a good database of all corporate and companies in the catchment area and to find new catchment areas. To explore and collaborate with various practicing doctors, by making timely visits, to develop referrals from their clinics to the hospital for specialized treatments and or tests. To visit doctors for promotion of all activities (IVF,IUI laboratory etc.) of IHR/IHR Diagnostics. To have good rapport with all the people involved in generating business for the hospital.

Responsibilities:- -Manage all accounting transactions. -Publish financial statements in time. -Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. -Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. -Ensure timely bank payments. -Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. -Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. -Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity. -Audit financial transactions and documents. -Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. -Comply with financial policies and regulations.
