Sr. HR Business Partner

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at TurnB Business Services Pvt Ltd, you will be a key player in shaping HR strategy, managing HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your role will involve collaborating closely with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and driving organizational growth effectively. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy in line with TurnB's objectives. You will review, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, while also ideating and executing innovative HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborating with leadership to identify staffing needs - Developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent - Designing and implementing programs to improve employee retention and workplace satisfaction - Advocating for employee wellbeing initiatives to foster a healthy work environment - Managing HR operations, mentoring junior team members, and monitoring HR metrics - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Conducting regular reviews of the organizational structure and facilitating training and development programs - Driving performance management initiatives - Fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture through team-building activities and events - Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws - Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in HR software and tools Additional Details: In return, TurnB Business Services Pvt Ltd offers a collaborative and innovative work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, a competitive salary and benefits package, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization.
