Purpose/Objective
Responsible for managing Windows Servers and Endpoint Patch Management environment
Key/Major Activities
- Experience and knowledge of M365 Intune Patch Management Administration, Mobile Device Management, Deployment, and Distribution, Application Packages Deployment, Windows Autopilot, etc.,
- Should have good experience in troubleshooting issues of M365, MDM Issues, AD, AD Connect Sync, Scripting (PowerShell), Batch File, Migration / Upgradation, 
- Escalate and co-ordinate with Vendors for issue resolution
- Co-ordinate with FW, NW teams to ensure Supported systems are maintained
- Working Knowledge of various MDM & various Patch Management Tools like WSUS, SCCM, Intune, Patch Manager, UEM (Manager Engine), etc.,
- Troubleshooting and support, Intune, SCCM, Desktop Images, Virtual Images, Windows Autopilot
- Maintaining Patch version update report from MS Portal and ensuring all the End Points & Servers are at minimum n-1 version
- Remote Support and assisting users via calls and MS teams
- Install, Configure, Test, Manage and Maintain M365 Application software, and System management tools
- Intune Windows packages creation, testing & deployments
-  Liaise with vendors and other IT personal/Customer for problem resolution
-  L2 Desktop Support and Remote Support for end-users
-  Knowledge of handling Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
-  Maintaining IT documentation, Audit Queries, Hardening
-  VAPT Fix, Security & Compliance
- SLA adherence for patch management
- Compliance reporting on patching
- Manage and deploy patches and updates to Windows systems across the organization
- Monitor and assess the impact of patches on system performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards
- Collaborate with other IT teams to schedule and coordinate patch deployments.
- Resolve issues arising from patch deployments and update failures.
- Maintain and update patch management documentation.
- Provide reports on patch management activities and system compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of patch levels and system statuses.
 
Technical Skills
-  Windows Server, WSUS, SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory, Network Security, System Auditing, Patch Management Tools, Troubleshooting
-  M365 Intune & SCCM Administration
-  Advanced knowledge of M365-Intune AD, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), AD Connect Sync, Conditional Access, Network
-  Detailed understanding of Android/iOS creation & deployment of mobile apps, should know Microsoft Intune on Azure - focuses on mobile device management MDM, MAM, App Protection
-  Experience in End Point engineering and support activities
-  Advanced knowledge of patch management methodologies
- Should have a good experience in troubleshooting issues of Patch Management & MDM
-  Familiarity with certificate application to end user devices
-  Provide Level 3 support for complex issues related to Patch Management Services
