Basic understanding on Microsoft SQL and other DB

server.

Develop processes and procedures used to implement and manage different types of

Database backups.Expertise in Virtualization Technology like HCI with Cisco UCS, Nutanix.Perform windows Security patching, backups on multiple environments of Linux, windowsserver’sStorage management and administration on different vendor Server.Maintain and monitor backup operations, reports, update backup and disaster recoverycontingency planning and procedures.VM andhardware resource health monitoring.Hands onknowledge load balancer for dynamic load balancing.Performproactive maintenance including backup storage hardware and software upgradesand patch installation on different platforms.Full andincremental backups and troubleshoot the issues related to restore DB, indepth knowledge of RTO RPO Performs backup environment system tuningincluding monitoring troubleshooting and optimizing performance.Creating user accounts and performing access control on VMapplications and tools.Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimizecomputer systems.Good knowledge of preparing Documentation processes.Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and errorreporting in system.5years Experience of installing, configuring, andmaintain VMware systems.Supportlarge-scale computer systems in a Data Center Environment is a plusVMware vCenterServer (experience with VMware vSphere Suite5x/6x, VMware SRM 5x/6x, vRealize Operations Manager, and ESXi is aplus)

Experience

on vCenter cluster features like HA, DRS, SDRS, FT, SRM etc.Goodunderstanding of creating service profiles & using templates in Cisco USCplatform.Goodexperience on maintaining standard Firmware / software of Host,VM, VMware tools & Hardware versions across the environment.Realtime experience in troubleshooting resource bottlenecks issues like highMemory, CPU, Disk, Network.WindowsSystem Administration with good knowledge on AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS activities.

Any IT graduate ( BCA/MCA,BSc/MSc(IT),BE,BTech)

B) Requisite Skills

Hands-on experience on different servers Linux , RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows

server 2016 & 19

Hands-on experience on vmware.
MS Office- Excel, word and Power point
VCP5/6 certification

Microsoft
Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Customer Centric with solution understanding capability
Good written and verbal communication skills (Hindi,English)
Should be willing to accept challenges and highly dynamic in nature.
Good grasping and aptitude to change as per business needs.

Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Must be able to relate to a diverse group of people including technical anddevelopment personnel, management, business customers, and vendors in aconstructive and effective manner.

Must have a solid technical background coupled with desire and ability

to grasp skills quickly, combined with deep attention to detail along with
excellent verbal and written communication skills5 to 9 Year of experience in a service provider for DC- Infrastructure background.
