To accelerate our global growth, we’re hiring a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to uncover opportunities, build a qualified sales pipeline, and drive high-value B2B partnerships.

About the Role

As a BDR at Tech Kodainya, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—engaging founders, CTOs, and product leaders. Your role combines strategic prospecting, tailored outreach, and consultative conversations to open doors and establish long-term relationships.

You’ll work closely with our founders and senior sales leadership, gaining exposure to global markets and shaping Tech Kodainya’s positioning as a trusted product execution partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify new opportunities in target industries (startups, SaaS, digital agencies, enterprises).
  • Drive cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategies.
  • Support sales leaders in crafting proposals and pitching solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client challenges.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition within IT/software services.
  • Demonstrated success engaging with startups, SMBs, or enterprise buyers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of software sales cycles, outsourcing models, or MVP development.
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, or similar).
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
