You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships while mentoring junior team members to thrive in a competitive software services market. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Mentor Interns in marketing, sales, and client acquisition activities. Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels. Manage Bidding & Proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. Drive CRM utilization for tracking leads, follow-ups, and pipeline management. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and generate conversions. Handle paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for targeted outreach. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals with strong persuasion skills. Design marketing creatives & presentations using tools like Canva. Analyze & present performance reports to the Marketing Head with clear insights and recommendations. Manage team performance through KPIs, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and process improvements. Understand the software development life cycle & tech stacks to better communicate with clients. Skills & Expertise Required: Proven experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) Strong understanding of Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing Experience in Bidding Management & Client Acquisition Knowledge of Paid Advertising platforms Negotiation & Closing Skills with a customer-first mindset Strong Team Management & Reporting Skills Creativity & proficiency in Canva for marketing materials Strategic thinker with sales funnel & conversion optimization knowledge Familiarity with Software Development Cycle & Tech Stack terminology Eligibility & Requirements: 3+ years of proven BDM experience in IT/software services. Excellent communication & presentation skills (both written and verbal). Strong decision-making skills with the ability to lead client meetings independently.
