Software Engineer – Backend (C#, .NET Core, MongoDB)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and MongoDB to join our growing team. This is an onsite position where you will play a key role in designing scalable APIs, implementing business logic, and rolling out high-quality projects. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core
• Implement business logic and data access layers following best practices
• Work extensively with MongoDB, including writing complex queries and aggregation pipelines
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Contribute to coding standards and peer code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers and stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest .NET Core & C# advancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience
• 2+ years hands-on experience with MongoDB and aggregation pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for building clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Ability to take ownership and roll out projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with functional programming concepts
