We’re now hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our outbound sales and generate qualified B2B opportunities. If you’ve done outbound for an IT services or software firm, this is your next growth move.

What You’ll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach via LinkedIn, email, and prospecting tools
  • Book intro and qualification calls with founders, CTOs, and tech decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of SaaS, agency, and product-led clients
  • Work with marketing to fine-tune ICPs and sharpen outbound messaging
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator to track and optimize your pipeline
  • Nurture leads and guide them from first touch to proposal handoff

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years in outbound sales at a software development or IT services company
  • Strong understanding of MVP development, outsourcing models, and scaling tech stacks
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident with sales tools like Apollo, Mailshake, Instantly, or similar
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments
  • Comfortable selling to senior tech and product leaders
