Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential prospects in the target market.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess their business needs.
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the Business Development / Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as outreach numbers, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, or cold calling is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research abilities and familiarity with lead generation tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejections.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
