Tangelo is a US-funded startup in the Sales Enablement space to build their Sales Development Representative (SDR) function for prospecting and booking meetings. Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AppGlide, you will play a key role in generating qualified leads and establishing the first point of contact with potential customers. You will work closely with industry leaders in Sales to identify and target key accounts, design outreach strategies, and engage prospects to generate interest in our products and services. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct in-depth research to understand the target market and build a pipeline of potential customers. Leverage multiple prospecting techniques (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, etc.) to identify and generate new leads. Sales Outreach & Follow-Up Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to present client products/services and articulate their value proposition. Deliver engaging sales pitches and customized messaging to capture interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. CRM Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead qualification data in the CRM system. Use CRM insights to track progress, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience : Previous experience in a similar role (0 -3 years), ideally in technology or B2B sales. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Skilled at delivering persuasive pitches, handling objections, and building rapport with prospects. Drive & Ownership : Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively. Technical Aptitude : Comfort with technology products/services and the ability to clearly explain their value. Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt to new tools, products, and industry trends. Role Details Work Setup : Fully remote Hours : The regular working hours are 3 PM – 12 AM IST (US market hours). On about 5 days each month, you may be required to work a 6 PM – 3 AM shift to accommodate customers in the Pacific Time Zone during their afternoon hours Why Join Us?
