Key Responsibilities: -

· Utilize your knowledge and experience to identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and outbound outreach.

· Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.

· Leverage your understanding of buyer personas and industry nuances to effectively qualify leads.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

· Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.

· Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.

· Conduct articulate and persuasive communication with leads to initiate interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

· Utilize your experience to adapt communication styles based on prospect personas.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and statuses in the CRM system.

· You will be involved in direct sales & you will be involved in giving the first round of demonstrations.

· The conversion of lead would be done from your end.

· Provide insights into lead quality and conversion rates based on your experience.

· Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.

· Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, gather feedback on lead quality, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and sales best practices.

· Share your insights and experiences with the team to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.


Qualifications: -

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative role.
  • Proven success in generating and qualifying leads, meeting quotas, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using them to manage and track leads.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
