Sales Development Representative

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and fuel our outbound sales pipeline. If you're a sharp closer with experience in software/IT services and a track record of generating quality leads, this is your chance to own the sales engine of an ambitious tech company. What You’ll Own Lead outbound sales efforts via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and sales automation tools Conduct high-conversion discovery and qualification calls with startup founders, product owners, and CTOs Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified B2B leads across SaaS, digital agencies, and enterprise IT Collaborate with founders and marketing to sharpen messaging, refine ICPs, and accelerate outreach velocity Log activities, calls, and deal stages in our CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent) Build long-term client relationships and move deals from interest to contract What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience selling software development, IT services, or custom digital solutions Deep understanding of software outsourcing models, MVP development, and product engineering lifecycles Fluent in English with persuasive communication, discovery, and closing skills Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach Proactive, accountable, and outcome-focused—you thrive without micro-management Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, or Mailshake is a strong plus Why Tech Kodainya Remote-first culture with flexible working hours High-ownership role with direct access to founders Fast-track path to Sales Lead or Head of BD as we scale Performance-driven incentives and opportunity to shape our GTM strategy from the ground up Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work from home Application Question(s): Do you have 2–3 years of experience in selling software development services or IT solutions?
