Job Description Responsibilities: Develop data-driven media plans aligned with clients' objectives. Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation. Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and ad creatives. Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients. Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly. Requirements: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns. Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution. Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
