Job Description

Position: Sr. Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-4 Yrs

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sr. Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities in the software solutions domain. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT sales, pre-sales, and client acquisition with strong knowledge of software products, SaaS, and custom IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand business in domestic & international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, etc.) in target industries.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/software demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales records, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IT/software products, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Cloud solutions, or custom application development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in software/IT services.
  • Ability to handle international business development (US/Europe/Middle East markets is a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and client engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online business platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
