We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Vivaan Hotel, with 8-12 years of experience in the culinary industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
