Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for beverage startup. Youll be the single point of accountability for ensuring that onsite functions (administration, compliance, vendor management, and office coordination) run seamlessly and support business growth.

You have to maintain operation and compliance aspect of the job role. You must all licensing procedure for a product to be verified so it can be ready to marketed.

Furthermore, you'll be assisting in overseeing and Collaboration with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness will be a crucial part of your role.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years experience in F&B operations, preferably with startups or new product launches
Strong knowledge of FSSAI, excise, and food industry licensing
Hands-on experience with vendor management and compliance documentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Hospitality, or similar

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, packaging vendors, and marketing partners
Liaise with regulatory and legal authorities to ensure all licenses and compliances (FSSAI, packaging norms, branding guidelines, etc.) are met
Coordinate all phases: R&D, recipe development, sampling, material sourcing, production, and testing
Develop and maintain operations databases and documentation
Support cross-functional teams to deliver on launch timelines
Analyzing Market structure, customer behaviors and entry point
