The ideal candidates will have prior experience in retail real estate , with a proven ability to manage channel partners, retail sales, and sustenance portfolios . Special emphasis is placed on female candidates for certain sustenance roles. Key Responsibilities Retail Mix Profiles (Greater Noida - GGL Project): Drive retail leasing and sales for the upcoming GGL project. Manage end-to-end retail transaction processes, from client onboarding to closure. Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure timely execution of deals. Sustenance Profiles (Female-Only Roles): Handle existing customer relationships and ongoing transactions post-sale. Work closely with CRM and customer service teams to address client concerns. Focus on retention, upsell opportunities, and referral generation. Channel Mix Profiles: Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners. Ensure partner engagement, timely payouts, and target achievement. Conduct regular channel meets and site visits for partner training and updates. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate commercial sales. Proven experience in managing retail transactions or working with channel partners. Female candidates only for designated sustenance roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities - Must have 4+ Years relevant experience in ITOM Administration 1.Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementations, including CMDB design, Discovery configuration, and Service Mapping. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite 2.Strong knowledge of MID Server deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. 3.Expertise in CI identification, classification, and relationship mapping. 4.Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow for CMDB data management. 5.Solid understanding of network, server (Windows/Linux), storage,NW and virtualization technologies relevant to discovery processes. 6.Troubleshoot and resolve discovery and service map issues in collaboration with vendors and technical SMEs. 7.Monitor CMDB health, deduplicate CI data, and implement data transformation scripts to maintain data accuracy and integrity. 8.Develop and maintain service maps for infrastructure applications by capturing application blueprints and app-to-app dependencies. 9.Produce and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation, conduct training sessions for business and technical stakeholders. 10.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ITOM processes and ensure CMDB data standards KPI > 99%. Sales Culture & Team Support Support online sales training across store teams and help uplift overall online performance. Participate in objection-handling roleplays and luxury sales simulations. Promote internal motivation through healthy competition and shared dashboards. Who You Are 4 years of experience in online or digital sales (luxury, fashion, jewelry, or high-ticket categories preferred). Strong closer with experience selling via DMs, WhatsApp, or live chat. Quick, articulate, and customer-obsessed - with a great eye for style and product pairing. Hands-on with CRM tools (Kylas preferred) and digitally native. Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
