Sourcing Specialist

Job Role: Responsible for Handling purchase activity related to Fasteners Sourcing and Development as per Company need and achieve purchase targets.

Required Skills:

1. Basic Knowledge of Various standards like IATF/ ISO etc.
2. In depth Knowledge of Fastners standards & good Sourcing Network in Pan India.3. Knowledge of product related Legal & other requirements pertaining to National/ International.4. Knowledge about problem solving tools /Risk Assessment5. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English including local languages ( Written & Verbal).6. Proficiency in Computer software like SAP, Ms Excel, Word, Email etc.7. Fairly able to interoperate the product drawing.8. Excellent vendor devlopment & Negoation skills.9. Strong judgment and decision-making skills10. Leadership style and team building approach

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for analyzing the drawing of customer and finding the requirements for discussion with management/ Sales Team/Production.
2. Responsible for searching of new vendors / products per requirement or for cost cuttings /VAVE.3. Responsible to make Feasibility of Product per drawing or per Fastener Standard.4. Responsible to send RFQ's to vendors to develop new products per requirement.5. Responsible to conclude/ to send final proposal of new RFQ's to management for finalization.6. Responsible to send purchase order to finalized vendors to buy initial lot qty.7. Responsible to update new product development Sheet/records.8. Responsible for Re-Audit at vendor end, if any change found in process.9. Responsible to develop all supporting materials for new product like Raw material, packaging & child parts etc.10.Responsible for drafting the drawing in auto cad, incase required.11. Responsible for negotiation with vendor.12. Responsible for arrangement of PPAP documents from vendor at the time of new development, PCN, ECN etc.13. Responsible for arrangement of all reports related to new product development like - RoHS, ELV, MTC, PDI etc.14. Knowledge of ISO/IATF.15. Should have basic Knowledge of purchase process & documents Like to Purchase order, Quotation, Performa Invoice, Quotation/product comparison etc.16. Responsible for attending the training and given it to the down line.17. Responsible for New Ideas, Suggestions, Kaizen to improve the company.18. Responsible for Operating the ERP/SAP.19. Responsible for maintaining the 5S in the premises.

Education: BE/B tech/M Tech/MBA/Graduate in any discipline.

Relevant Experience:Min 5-6 Years

Salary Range:50-70K CTC
